If you think your item is faulty or you would like to exchange your item, please contact our Customer Services team at team@munagiso.com. Please include your order number (and a description of and a photo showing the fault). Exchanges will be agreed upon at our discretion.

 If you change your mind, in addition to your consumer rights, you may return your unused purchase for a refund by contacting us at team@munagiso.com within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have 14 days in which to
return the items to us.

• Items must be sent back in their original state in a perfect resalable condition.
• Items that are damaged, pre-washed, or not in resalable condition will not be refunded/exchanged and may be sent back to the original purchaser.
• Please do not send back used/worn items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If Munãgiso pants are received back in an unsatisfactory condition we have the right to decline your refund. Items will be returned to you.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the request.

Return Postage cost

As a small business, we are unable to offer free returns at this point, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please remember to obtain and keep the proof of posting receipt.

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Any SALE items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund.

Tips for returning your Munãgiso items

We want to be as sustainable as possible. This includes our waste in the warehouse when receiving returns. As you know, we send out our orders in eco-friendly bags. When returning to us, we would really appreciate it, if you could reuse your bag to send your garments back to us.
